We ship all of our Seychelles orders from our headquarters in Bel Ombre, Mahé. Below find the options best suited for your Island and Location.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY ON MAHÉ ISLAND
FREE Collection: Beau Vallon & Victoria
• Beau Vallon: We will deliver your order to our partner store in Beau Vallon, Koral Boutique, and notify you once it is ready for collection at your earliest convenience.
• Victoria: We will deliver your order to our partner store, Yve's Souvenir Cachee located in Camion Hall, Victoria. We will notify you once it is ready for collection at your earliest convenience.
FREE Door-to-Door Delivery: ( 1 - 4 Days).
• Spend SCR 2,000.00 or more on your order and you qualify for free door-to-door delivery.
PAID Door-to-Door Delivery: Standard ( 1 - 4 Days).
• Beau Vallon, Bel Ombre, Glacis, Victoria & Eden Island: SCR 100.00
• Rest of Mahé: SCR 150.00
PAID Door-to-Door Delivery: Express ( 1 - 2 Days).

SHIPPING TO PRASLIN & LA DIGUE
FREE: Cat-Cocos Ferry
• We ship your order with the Cat-Cocos Ferry. We will provide you with a digital copy of your shipping receipt, which you can use to collect your Arzi order from the Cat Cocos office on your Island. Typically, you should receive your order with in 1 to 4 days.
SHIPPING TO OTHER ISLANDS
We offer FREE shipping to other islands in Seychelles on request
• Inner-Islands: Typically 1 -4 Days as ferries and hotel boats run regularly
• Outer-Islands: We cannot offer estimated delivery times as this is dependant on boat, plane & helicopter schedules out of our control. We will work close with your hotel to make sure your Arzi order arrives asap, and will fully refund you if we cannot get your order to you before your hotel check-out (or meet you on Mahé before your flight out of Seychelles).
SHIPPING WITHIN SWITZERLAND
- STANDARD SHIPPING: You will receive your order 2 - 4 days after it is shipped
- EXPRESS SHIPPING: You will receive your order 1 - 2 days after it is shipped
- FREE SHIPPING: Add 100CHF worth of Arzi products to your cart and you will be eligible for free standard shipping at check-out

- We don't ship out on weekends nor public holidays
- Once shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number you can use to trace your package and ensure you are available to receive it on the day of delivery.

- FREE SHIPPING: Add €120 worth of Arzi products to your cart and you will be eligible for free Standard Shipping at check-out
* Shipping times vary depending on your distance from Switzerland and popularity of your location. For example for Germany standard shipping takes 4 - 8 days vs Iceland takes 7 - 15 days.
