Bottom line is, we want you to be happy and to love your Arzi product and experience with us, so we are always available to chat and work something out with you, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us at any time.

14 Day Money Back Guarantee

Changed your mind or not happy?
No problem - we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If you receive your Arzi product and decide you would not like to keep it, please let us know within 14 Days from the date it was delivered to you so we can start the refund process. You will need to bring or send your unused Arzi product/s back to us, still in their original packaging, for inspection. Don't worry, as long as you have contacted us within the first 14 days, its ok if your returned package takes longer than that to reach us. Once inspected and approved, we will refund you the total amount for the product/s you have returned to us. To start the refund process, please contact us.

30 Day Product Returns and Exchanges 

Chose the Wrong size or color?
No problem. Bring or post your unused Arzi product back to us and we will exchange it for the right size or colour of your choice.
(Please note, the cost of posting it to us is at your expense, we will pay the cost to ship your new product back to you).

Unwanted Gift?
You  have cool friends 🙂 But sometimes you might prefer something different on our store. Bring or post your unused Arzi product back to us and we will exchange it for a different product of your choice or we can give you store credit for another time (Please note, the cost of posting it to us is at your expense, we will pay the cost to ship your new product back to you).

Found a fault?
We check all our products before shipping them out so you shouldn't have any issues. But please also know that our products are artisanal crafted - and some even hand made - so small character flaws may sometimes exist, it's what makes your Arzi item one of a kind! But If you do find something that you're not happy with and believe it will take away from your experience or use of the product, lets chat. If needed, you can post/deliver it back to us (we'll pay the postage both ways if its our fault) and send you a replacement product asap.

We sent you the wrong item?
Oooops! That's never happened before, but they say there is a first time for everything! We check all our products before shipping them out so you shouldn't have any issues. But if we sent you the wrong product, you can send it back to us unused and in the original packaging and we will send you the correct item asap. (We'll pay the postage both ways if its our fault)

For all returns and exchanges, please contact us within the first 30 days of receiving your Arzi Order so we can begin the return and exchange process. Don't worry, as long as you have contacted us within the first 30 days, its ok if your returned package takes longer than that to reach us.

Refunds 

Outside of our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee, we do not typically offer cash refunds for products bought on our store. But we are happy to exchange items or offer store credit to the same value for any issues you may have with your Arzi product. But we're not monsters, so if you feel you deserve a cash refund or you have  a valid reason why a replacement product or store credit won't work, chat to us and we can see if we can work something out.
