Below, find information of where and how we ship our products from on headquarters on Mahé Island (for Seychelles orders) and our offices in Zurich, Switzerland for European and international orders. Also, find payment info and how you can pay for your awesome Arzi products, as well as info on our returns/refunds/exchanges policy.

Shipping

WORLD-WIDE CARBON NEUTRAL SHIPPING  
We ship across Europe and world-wide with SwissPost - not only do they offer an affordable, reliable and efficient service, but we LOVE their 'Pro-Clima' feature that allows us to offset the carbon footprint of shipping out our parcels, at no extra cost to you!


GERNERAL SHIPPING INFO

  • We usually ship out orders 12 - 48 hours after order/payment confirmation
  • We don't ship out on weekends nor public holidays
  • We use SwissPost standard shipping for all orders. If your order is urgent and would like us to use an alternative service, such as a SwissPost Urgent or a private courier (DHL, FedEx etc) please contact us before placing your order so we can provide you with a quote. If you have already ordered & paid, we can still assist you, but you will need to pay the difference in shipping fees before we send out your order.
  • Once shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number you can use to trace your package and ensure you are available to receive it on the day of delivery.

SHIPPING WITHIN SWITZERLAND 

  • STANDARD SHIPPING: You will receive your order 2 - 4 days after it is shipped
  • FREE SHIPPING: Add 100CHF worth of Arzi products to your cart and you will be eligible for free shipping at check-out

SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE (Including UK)

  • STANDARD SHIPPING: You should receive your order 3 - 15 working days* after it is shipped
  • EXPRESS SHIPPING:  You should receive your order 2 - 8 working days* after it is shipped
  • FREE SHIPPING: Add €100 worth of Arzi products to your cart and you will be eligible for free Standard Shipping at check-out
  • * Shipping times vary depending on your distance from Switzerland and popularity of your location. For example for Germany standard shipping takes 4 - 8 days vs Iceland takes 7 - 15 days.


SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF EUROPE

  • STANDARD SHIPPING: You should receive your order 3 - 18 working days* after it is shipped
  • FREE SHIPPING: Add $160 worth of Arzi products to your cart and you will be eligible for free Standard Shipping at check-out
  • * Shipping times vary depending on your distance from Switzerland and popularity of your location. For example for USA standard shipping takes 3 - 7 days vs Russia takes 15 - 18 days.

Payments

We offer the following payment methods


CREDIT CARD

  • Conveniently & Securely pay for your Arzi Order via credit card
  • Credit Card Payments  are processed by our payment partner Stripe.
  • Payments processed instantly and your order will marked for shipment.

DIRECT BANK TRANSFER / ELECTRONIC TRANSFER

  • You can also pay directly into our bank account if you wish. Our banking details will be available after checking out and also be sent to your email with your order confirmation.
  • Please use your order number as reference when making payment, to avoid any delays in confirming your payment
  • Please note, no orders will be shipped out until payment has been confirmed in our bank account

PAYPAL

  • Pay with your PayPal balance
  • You can also pay with your credit card via Paypal if you like. However, we prefer you to use our other credit card payment option if possible. You still get the same security and buyer protection that Paypal offers, but we pay less fees.
  • Payments processed instantly and your order will marked for shipment.

COUNTRY SPECIFIC PAYMENT APPS

  • We also have a selection of popular payment country-specific payment apps available. More coming soon.
  • You must have an account with these apps and/or their required participating banks
  • You must have your shipping/billing address filled out and your currency be set to '€' to activate these options at checkout.

  • Typically payments are processed instantly and your order will processed for shipment. In some cases we may wait for payment confirmation before shipping out your order.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Product Returns and Exchanges 


You chose the wrong size or color?  No problem. Ship your unused Arzi product back to us and we will exchange it for the right size or colour of your choice. (Please note, the cost of shipping it back to you is at your expense).

Unwanted Gift?  You  have cool friends 🙂 But sometimes you might prefer something different on our store. Ship your unused Arzi product back to us and we will exchange it for a different product of your choice or we can give you store credit for another time (Please note, the cost of shipping it back to you is at your expense).

We sent you the wrong product, size or color?  This has never happened before and its very unlikely it ever will. But if we do slip up, please ship your unused Arzi product back to us and we will exchange it for the right product, size or colour. (If its our fault, we'll pay the shipping both ways and send your products back to you using SwissPost Urgent or similar courier service, so you will get it back in the quickest time).

Found a fault?  We check all our products before shipping them out so you shouldn't have any issues. But please also know that our products are artisanal crafted - and some even hand made - so small character flaws may sometimes exist, its what makes your Arzi item one of a kind! But If you do find something that you're not happy with and believe it will take away from your experience or use of the product, lets chat. If needed, you can ship it back to us and send you a replacement product asap (If its our fault, we'll pay the shipping both ways and send your products back to you using SwissPost Urgent or similar courier service, so you will get it back in the quickest time).


Refunds 


We do not typically offer cash refunds for products bought on our store, but are happy to exchange items or offer store credit to the same value for any issues you may have with your Arzi product. But we're not monsters, so if you feel you deserve a cash refund or you have  a valid reason why a replacement product or store credit wont work, chat to us and we can see if we can work something out.


Returns/Exchanges/Refunds only valid within 14 days of receiving your product.
If this product is a gift for someone please tell us in the notes section of the checkout form so we can file it in their name. Please provide their name and the date you intend giving it to them.
