TERMS & CONDITIONS| Shipping, Payment and Returns

Below, find information of where and how we ship our products from Mahé Island, as well as the payment process and how you can pay for your awesome Arzi products. Also, find info on our returns/refunds/exchanges policy.

Shipping

Seychelles Shipping


OPTION 1. We Send via Registered mail with Seychelles Postal Services to Mahé, Praslin & La Digue.

•  You will receive your package +- 4 days from payment recieved/order confirmation

•  We usually ship within 24 hours of order confirmation. We will send you a Registered Mail receipt, which you can use along with your ID to claim your parcel.


OPTION 2. Free Collection option available in Bel Ombre, Mahé 

• You can collect your order from us in Bel Ombre, Mahé.  We will contact you once payment has been recieved / order confirmed to arrange a time that suits.


OPTION 3. Door-to-Door Delivery available on request

We provide a door-to-door delivery service on request (Mahé only). Price varies according to which zone your delivery address is in. Please refer to this zone map to be sure.

• Zone 1: Rs 100.00

• Zone 2: Rs 150.00

• Zone 3: Rs 200.00

• Zone 4: Rs. 250.00


International Shipping - on request

We currently do not offer international shipping on our website (coming 2021).

However, if you would like to order from us before then, please contact us to discuss  - we can get you a quote on current shipping costs to your country so that you decide before you buy.

Payments

Check-Out first, Pay Later


STANDARD OPTION. Payment by Bank Transfer, Invoice sent after checkout

• Our standard payment option is by bank transfer or direct deposit into our local MCB account*

•  After you have checked-out your order on our website, we will send you an invoice** for your items and shipping/delivery.

•  Please use your order number as a reference when making payment


OPTION 2. Cash-On-Delivery (available for Bel Ombre collections and door-to-door deliveries only)

• If you are collecting or paying for door-to-door delivery, you are eligible for cash on delivery.

•  After you have checked-out your order on our website, we will send you an invoice** for your items and shipping/delivery. Please ensure you have the cash amount on day of collection/delivery.

•  Payment by cheque*** is also acceptable.


Direct online payments coming soon.

Paypal and Credit-Card Payments will be incorporated into our site in 2021


* Invoices will be sent from NGMC Seychelles - our parent company in Seychelles, a registered Seychelles business.
** Payments will be made into the NGMC Seychelles MCB business bank account. *** Please advise if you will be paying by cheque before making out your cheque.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Product Returns and Exchanges 


Wrong size or color?  No problem. Bring or post your unused Arzi product back to us and we will exchange it for the right size or colour of your choice. (Please note, the cost of posting it back to you is at your expense, collections are free).

Unwanted Gift?  You  have cool friends 🙂 But sometimes you might prefer something different on our store. Bring or post your unused Arzi product back to us and we will exchange it for a different product of your choice or we can give you store credit for another time (Please note, the cost of posting it back to you is at your expense, collections are free).

Found a fault?  We check all our products before shipping them out so you shouldn't have any issues. But please also know that our products are artisanal crafted - and some even hand made - so small character flaws may sometimes exist, its what makes your Arzi item one of a kind! But If you do find something that you're not happy with and believe it will take away from your experience or use of the product, lets chat. If needed, you can post/deliver it back to us (we'll pay the postage if its our fault) and send you a replacement product asap.

 

Refunds 


We do not typically offer cash refunds for products bought on our store, but are happy to exchange items or offer store credit to the same value for any issues you may have with your Arzi product. But we're not monsters, so if you feel you deserve a cash refund or you have  a valid reason why a replacement product or store credit wont work, chat to us and we can see if we can work something out.
